Purpose & Goals:

The purpose of training and consultation services is to disrupt and dismantle inequity and injustice in the workplace, in healthcare, and in education. Also, the goal is to transform the hearts and minds of individuals, while also transforming organizational culture and beyond.

Training:

Disrupting the Status Quo training includes sessions that take clients on a journey of self-awareness, self-reflection, education, and strategy development towards inclusive and equitable excellence. The sessions can be customized to include topics of interest for multiple sessions per the needs of the client.
